Fasted Mon - Wed, water only. Since then fruits, vegetables and some chicken. 4 F3 BDs this week Spin Class, The Buff,  Radio Silence,  and Woodstock Rucks.
  
Definitely seeing waist decrease and losing weight. 205.8 this morning. 🙂
5 oils on most days this week.
