This is my story about how I'm currently dealing with my metastatic prostate cancer, which has recently spread to some lymph nodes in my groin. I was on Active Surveillance for about 10 years before it spread, and now I'm turning to the medical community for a go forward solution.

Longest Ruck ever last Sat.
Joined F3 West Cobb last Sat for their CSAUP (completely stupid and utterly pointless) workout. Just over 9 miles, and the last 2.5 included climbing and descending Kennesaw Moutain.

Thinking about going to a plant based diet?

So lately I've actually begun to cut back on the meat in my diet. I've cut out red meat, and have been consuming very limited amounts of turkey, chicken and fish. My next conundrum is whether I need to eliminate meat entirely. So far I've dropped 18 lbs, still feel great and have the same energy levels, but I have to spend a little more time planning my meals and snacks.
Be blessed,
Tom
