Getting up at 'oh-dark-itstooearly' and showing up at 'oh-dark-15til' sucks, especially in 20 degree weather. But knowing these F3 guys are there, ready to encourage you, love on you, and push you to get stronger, and lead you to do hard things makes it all worth it!!

Still taking the ADT meds every day and haven't felt any changes yet. I chase each dose in the mornings with a HEALTHY shake. The meds are hopefully arresting the cancer and reducing the tumors and the shake is helping my body to build back "the good stuff"! I can see/feel the results of the shake but will have to go for tests and scans to see the results of the meds. And I've checked with all the relevant resources.... there are no known interactions with my 'healthy' and my 'meds'.
On a closing note, today's Bible Verse is Ecclesiastes 12:13 (KJV)
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
If you've ever wondered what your first priority should be, this verse helps with that question: Keep God first in your life. This IS the 'whole duty of man'.
