This is my story about how I'm currently dealing with my metastatic prostate cancer, which has recently spread to some lymph nodes in my groin. I was on Active Surveillance for about 10 years before it spread, and now I'm turning to the medical community for a go forward solution.

I'm done!
Did 70 burpees and then ran a mile this morning before the F3 Radio Silence beatdown. Then tonight Grayson and I got in a few miles at Blanket's Creek doing the jump trail.
