I just received the following email from The Busch Center.
-----------------------
We are proud to announce that
Busch Center is now one of the few elite facilities offering a groundbreaking
cancer treatment procedure, known as the TULSA (Transurethral Ultrasound
Ablation) Procedure. TULSA requires no incision, no radiation and is
customized to treat only unhealthy prostate tissue while actively protecting
healthy tissue. It’s a single-day outpatient procedure. You can read the press
release here.
Our goal is to elevate the standard of prostate care for men in
America through early detection, accurate diagnosis and minimally invasive
treatments so that you maintain a high quality of life; offering the TULSA
Procedure helps us deliver on that promise. More information about TULSA, its
benefits and how it works can be found on our website.

--------------------------
This looks to be an exciting new way to address prostate cancer, and is located here in my home state of Georgia. As my latest PSA has risen slightly and my MRI indicates my tumor may be growing I'm actively tracking today's treatment options. As of this time, I'm still practicing Active Surveillance. I feel fine and have no "symptoms" that I'm aware of.
Be blessed,
Tom
